THE STORY OF SIMBA ANAYESHINDA
-A Fire Lion’s Tale
The Conquering Lion is the story of SIMBA ANAYESHINDA, a God created by a Celestial East African Pantheon to lead a planet named Dunia into an Age of Faith, Abundance, Unity and Love. But first, he must cut out the deadly infection started long ago by YACUB MOSI, who now embodies the present time antagonist named WAZUGU. A many layered tale filled with Gods, madmen, ATLANTIS and a crib on the moon called JIONI GATE.
This tale will be told through 4 issues of DIGITAL ONLINE Comics, 32 pages for issues 1-4.
One printed limited edition introductory issue number Zero, 16 pages, THE CONQUERING LION ZERO, features a five page prologue titled “THE TRIAL OF YACUB”, character bios, story environmental settings, and online connections to ABYSSINIA MEDIA GROUP products.

Walt Barna is a Zimbabwean self-taught illustrator specializing in comics, cover art, and children’s books. His love for drawing began at a young age, inspired by comic books and Saturday morning cartoons. He enjoys creating fantasy and science-fiction stories and draws influence from just about anything around him. Walt has worked with DC, BOOM! Studios, DMC, and various publications. While he uses digital tools, traditional pencil and paper remain his favorite medium.Pictured above next to Mr. Barna is a sample of one of the pages he has colored for this project.
